On 8 and 9 May 2024 CleverAd took part in Netcomm Forum, the reference event for e-commerce and digital retail in Italy, at Allianz MiCo in Milan. You could find us at stand C3, on the ground floor.

The nineteenth edition had a title that said a lot: The Intelligence Commerce. Composable & Fluid, the ongoing reconfiguration of retail and supply chains. More than two hundred sessions, workshops and keynotes, and an expected audience of around 35,000 people.

Why an e-commerce fair

Online retailers know the problem we solve well: traffic costs money, and the real question is what a customer costs. At Netcomm we brought retailers and brands a concrete answer: adding acquisition paid on results alongside their traditional campaigns.

Our proposition was the same one we present today: multichannel planning — DEM on profiled, GDPR-compliant databases, SMS, social ads, display and native on a premium publisher network — on a performance model, CPC, CPL or CPA. Holding it all together, the proprietary tracking and reporting platform now called CleverAd Server™, able to integrate with the client's own systems.

What we took home

Netcomm was, together with WMF in Bologna and IAB Intersections, one of the three events of our 2024: opportunities to strengthen existing relationships and start new ones, in a year that closed with fourth-quarter revenue 2.7 times that of the first.
